
Bellini
Ingredients
- 25ml lemon juice
- 50ml peach juice
- Bel Normande Sparkling Apple
Recipe
- Pour the peach juice and lemon juice into a chilled glass and stir well.
- Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a peach slice.


White Mojito
Ingredients
- 15 ml of mint syrup
- ½ diced lime, some mint leaves
- Complete with Bel Normande Sparkling White
Recipe
- Directly in a tumbler, crush mint leaves and lime and pour the mint syrup.
- Fill with crushed ice and pour Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape.
- Mix, decorate and serve.


Red Mojito
Ingredients
- 15 ml of mint syrup

Ingredients
- 25ml lemon juice
- 5ml of strawberry syrup
- A few frozen raspberries and strawberries
- Bel Normande Sparkling Grape & Raspberry
Recipe
- Pour the lemon juice and strawberry syrup into a glass filled with ice and frozen strawberries and raspberries.
- Stir with a straw until evenly mixed.
- Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Grape & Raspberry.


Bee Cocktail
Ingredients
- 15ml of honey syrup
- 30ml of orange juice
- Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape & Peach
Recipe
- Directly in a tumbler filled with ice, pour ingredients in the order of the recipe.
- Stir and decorate with a half slice of grapefruit.


Pomegranate Punch
Ingredients
- 50ml Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape & Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegranate
- Juice from ¼ of a Lime
- Pomegranate Seeds for garnish
- Lime wedges for garnish
Recipe
- Combine Bel Normande Sparkling White Grape and lime juice.
- Add a small handful of pomegranate seeds to the glass.
- Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegranate
- Garnish with lime wedges if desired.


Tropical Spritzer

- 9cl mango juice
- 9cl peach juice
- Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango and Passion fruit

- Pour mango juice and peach juice in a cocktail glass full of ice.
- Top up with Bel Normande Sparkling Apple, Mango & Passion fruit. Stir gently.

Rosé Sangria
Ingredients
- 5 cups Bel Normande Sparkling Rosé Apple
- 1/2 cup grapfruit juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lime juice

Mix all the above ingredients and top with sliced fruit


Virgin Sangria
Ingredients
- 8cl Bel Normande Sparkling Apple & Pomegrate
- 1cl bergamot orange syrup
- 1.5cl hibiscus syrup
- 1cl fresh lemon juice

Mix all the above ingredients and top with edible flowers
